    sandra,i believe what you said about acai…i’m from Belem do Para..i used to drink it 2 times a day…the thick juice from the acai,it makes you get so full o energy that is easily to get addicted to it…but its a kind of addiction that makes you get healthier every passing day…let your mother keep on drinking it….my regards to her!!!!!!!

    My mother was paralized person with both legs cut. After drinking acai juice she started walking again. It’s otrageus that some ppl deny to believe in Acai.

    I have heard incredible things about the acai berry. A friend of mine has been selling juices with this berry for years now. She has said similar things about this berry that were mentioned in the video. With all the buzz surrounding it, I may have to try it!

    The term superfruit itself is all about marketing. Some commonly available products like blackcurrants or bilberries have higher antioxidant levels than promoted, cost-effective products.

    In my country ppl just include salads or vegetable soups into everyday meals and it’s perfectly enough receive all antioxidants you need.

    Diifferentiated diet is healthier also beacause antioxidants reduce the amouts of iron and zinc absorbed from foods.

    What is more, concentrating on just one product is very dangerous because it leads to nutritional defficiencies. There is no berry that can secure all your needs.

    I noticed that advertisments in America are often very hyped and unethical. In European Union it’s illegal to claim that a food product is a drug at the same time.

    My cousin is a doctor and she says that there is no need to eat superfruits to stay healthy.

    As she put it “just eat a little bit of everything except hardcore foods” :)

    This is a very educational video. Ive heard about acai berries before but i didnt how benefical to your health it was until i saw this video.I think ill be getting acai in the near future.

    This was actually very helpful! I have seen products using acai quite a bit in the grocery lately and have tried some. While enjoying them, I never knew what the specific benefits were (other than being a superfruit). Thanks for the info!
